Realm Services

At Realm we specialize in cut to length and slitting of H.R.steel for OEM & trade markets.

Cut-to-length : This process is to uncoil sections of flat-rolled steel and cut them into a desired length. Product that is cut-to-length is normally shipped flat-stacked.

These lines are composed of auto loading de coiler, pre leveler, leveler with back up, roller type table, Hydraulic shear, Electrical & Hydraulic system, roller conveyor, stacker, Chain conveyor, accompany electric control system. These are fully automatic lines.

Slitting : Cutting a coil of steel into narrower strips to match customer needs. Because steel mills have limited flexibility as to the widths of the sheet that they produce.
